Milenko Tepic is the new director of the youth teams of Partizan Mozzart Bet.

The Belgrade-based club officially placed the former team captain in charge of the infrastructure on Friday.

“It is with great pleasure that I wish our Milenko a happy return to his home, to his Partizan,” stressed team president Ostoja Mijailovic, “The development and progress of the younger players on our junior teams is a very important project for the club. A three-year work plan has been created in which proven experts will participate, as well as young, talented coaches.”

His playing days with Partizan stretched from 2006 to 2009 and from 2013 to 2015, featuring three ABA League, four Serbian League championships, and two Radivoj Korac Cup titles.

Expanding his career abroad, Tepic became a Turkish Airlines EuroLeague champion with Panathinaikos in 2011. He also played in Spain with Banca Civica / Cajasol, in Lithuania with Lietuvos Rytas, in Greece with PAOK and Iraklis, beyond the earlier stint with the Greens, and in Italy with Betaland Capo d’Orlando, Happy Casa Brindisi, and Openjobmetis Varese.

Highlighting his run in international tournaments, he won a silver medal with Serbia in the EuroBasket 2009. Tepic also participated in the FIBA World Championship 2010, and the 2007 and 2011 editions of the EuroBasket.

After signing with Mega and spending the 2020-21 season at the team based in the Serbian capital, he tipped off his post-playing career as the team manager of the club. He later served as the vice president of the Basketball Federation of Serbia, KSS.
