PJ Dozier is in advanced talks with Hapoel Shlomo Tel Aviv, as reported by Eurohoops Aris Barkas on Sunday.

Following Anadolu Efes teammates, Elijah Bryant and Daniel Oturu, who are already linked with the Israeli club, the 28-year-old swingman may end up at the same destination for the next edition of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.

However Efes wants to keep the player and will also make their move.

Dozier boasts 51 appearances in Europe’s premier club continental competition, including 18 in the 2024-25 campaign. He averaged 8.3 points, 2.9 assists, 2.2 rebounds, 0.7 steals, and 0.3 blocks per contest with the team based in Istanbul.

The former South Carolina standout and later veteran of 145 NBA games entered the EuroLeague as a player of Partizan Mozzart Bet through the 2023-24 season.

Down the stretch of the 2024-25 campaign, his focus falls on the Turkiye Basketbol Super Ligi Playoffs. Luca Banchi’s side completed a two-game sweep of Mersin Spor on Sunday and moved to the Semifinals. Second-seeded Besiktas Fibabanka is the next opponent and has a homecourt advantage in an upcoming best-of-five series.
