Brandon Davies is moving on from Partizan Mozzart Bet, the team announced on Thursday.
A member of the All-EuroLeague First Team of the 2018-19 season and named to the Second Team of the 2020-21 campaign, he signed with Partizan last August. Navigating his eighth year in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, Davies tallied 9.9 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 0.9 steals, and 0.4 blocks over 33 appearances, including 17 starts for the team guided by Zeljko Obradovic.
The continental journey ended at the conclusion of the Regular Season with a 16-18 record, falling two wins shy of the Play-In Showdown zone. However, the former Brigham Young standout averaged 7.9 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 0.6 steals, and 0.3 blocks per game over 34 appearances en route to the AdmiralBet ABA League championship. He was not registered for the AdmiralBet Basketball League of Serbia Playoffs, but Partizan followed up on the regional title by topping the domestic league as well.
Earlier in his career, Davies logged 78 games played in the NBA, spread between the Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets in the Regular Season of 2013-14 and 2014-15. Focusing overseas, his EuroLeague run went from Zalgiris, FC Barcelona, EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, and Valencia to Partizan. He also played for Elan Chalon, Openjobmetis Varese, and AS Monaco from 2015 to 2017, before earning an upgrade to Europe’s premier club continental competition.
At the international level, suiting up for Uganda as a naturalized member of the roster went from the Qualifiers of the FIBA AfroCan 2019 to the Qualifiers of the FIBA World Cup 2023.
